He was predeceased by: his parents, John Layshock and Johanna Layshock (Tokoly); his daughter Theresa Layshock; and his siblings, John Layshock, Genieve Layshock, Edward Layshock and Jerome Layshock.
He is survived by: his wife Colette Layshock (Brown); his children, Rose Turuck (Walt), Suzy Taylor (Ron), Cindy Allshouse (Mike), Don Layshock (Cherie) and Katy Malaniak (Bob); his grandchildren, Jenny Turuck, Stephanie Turuck, Valerie Taylor, Adam Allshouse, Dand Allshouse, Melissa Allshouse, Jason Allshouse, Justin Layshock, Brittany Riffe (Cory), Patrick Layshock and Mikhaila Layshock; his great grandchildren, Madison, Noah, Marcel, Jayna, Sebastian, Alana, Ethan, Amelia and Victor; and his siblings, Maryann Pollander, Raymond Layshock (Janet) and James Layshock (Irene).
