He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Dout and Dorothea Dout (Stewart); and his brothers, Richard, Robert, Claire and Thomas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Stephens (Brian) of Knox, PA and Deanne Dout of Sharpsville, PA; his brother James Dout of Hemet, CA; and his grandchildren, Emma, Andrew and Levi Devine.
