She is survived by: her husband Louis "Neal" Turzak; her daughters, Cami Adiletto of Warminster, PA and Dr. Cara Wylie (James) of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Eric and Mallorie Adiletto; her great grandchild Adalynn; her sister Ruthann Jarrett; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne of Hermitage and Jolene Meacham of Lawndale, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
