It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glenda J. Yakell of Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, born in Greenville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Moore and Frances Moore (Mason); her former husband Thomas W. Kantner; and her sisters, Ellen Auchter and Louise Thompson.

She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Yakell Sr.; her children, Thomas Kantner (Karole), Felicia Facemeyer (Gary), Samantha Barborak (Michael) and Charles "Tug" Kantner (Tawnee); her stepchildren, Todd Yakell, Veronica Yakell, Robert "Bobby" Yakell and Kelly Yakell; her grandchildren, Taylor Kantner, Georgia Kantner, Laney Kantner, Cody McNicol, Aurora Barborak, Michael Pawluk, Brooke Hickman, Jessica Pawluk (Jafar Hawthorne), Adriane Farmer (Jordan), Peter Pawluk, Gary Facemeyer, Courtney Osborne and Gina Kantner; and her great grandchildren, Briar Kantner and Amelia Farmer.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN. 38105-9959.
