She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Rend (Lichvarcik) and Joseph Rend; her husband D. Richard Zook; her daughter Kimberlee Smith; her son-in-law Harold Smith; her granddaughter Rebekkah Wiesen; and her siblings, Julie Zambory-Tenon, Joseph Rend and Peter Rend.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Wiesen (Shane) of Hubbard, OH, Kellee Ivey (David) of Tucson, AZ and Kristopher Zook (Amanda) of Stevensville, MI; her grandchildren, Andrew Wiesen (Diem), Samantha Wiesen, Harold Smith (Jessica), Ben Smith, Adam Ivey, Norah Zook and Eliza Zook; her great grandchildren, Eric, Oliver and Aiden Smith; and her siblings, Grace Polito, Frank Rend, Tony Rend and Nick Rend.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Sharpsville (603 W Ridge Ave, Sharpsville, PA 16150).
