We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2021, at the age of 86, Carolyn Lynn Sebastian of Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, born in Sharon, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn Lynn Sebastian to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Flynn Nickle and Russell Nickle; and her son Donald Sebastian, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald P. Sebastian; her daughters, Laurie Sebastian Koval (Bob), Dr. Donna Sebastian Spencer (David) and Linda Sebastian Collins (Bob); her grandchildren, Dr. Robert Koval (Erin), Dr. Jennifer Koval Gray (Norm), Dr. Michael Koval (Linnea), Dr. Katie Spencer Krause (Kenny), Jenna Spencer McGoldrick (Zach), Dr. Michael Spencer (Kaci), Caroline Collins and Lexi Collins; her niece Lisa Sebastian (Jack Ajab); and her nephew Daniel Sebastian (Netta).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lynn's memory to Buhl Park, Sharon, PA and Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, Sharon, PA.
