He was predeceased by: his parent Dr. Dale; his grandparents, James Spooner, Grace and Sidney Pokorney; and his uncle Evan Pokorney.
He is survived by: his mother Susan Annette Pokorney (Flavio Tiberia) of Sharpsville; his sister Dr. Rachel Pokorney (Daniel Dickens); his nephew Samuel Dale Dickens of Pittsburgh; his niece Paige Pokorney (Joseph Giordano) of Washington, D. C.; his brother Joel Pokorney (Kenyan King) of Pittsburgh; his grandmother Helen Jarrick of St. Louis, MO; his stepsiblings, Cathy Grover and Marc Tiberia of Orland, FL; and also, Nicholas and Natalie of Naperville, IL. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
