He is survived by: his mother Janet Salsgiver (Miller); his wife Cheryl E. Smith (Miller); his sons, Jason and Steven; his grandchildren, Joseph, Sierra, Brenden and Isaac; and his sisters, Tricia Barovich (Joe), Lori Popovich, Cheryl Redmond and Kelly Moskal.
