He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilouise Clepper (Shields) and William A. Clepper Sr. Bill; and his brother Bruce Clepper. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Stubbs of Sharon and William A. Clepper III of Sharon; his grandsons, Hunter Stubbs and Jacob Clepper; his brother Brad Clepper of Pulaski; his former wife Carol Clepper of Sharon; his fiancé Darlean Bish (Ryhal) of Sharon; his partner's children, Faith Graham, Amanda Bish and Ashley Bish; and his grandchildren, Mercedes, Amelia and Promise.
