He is survived by : his parents, Frederick P. Bulik III and Shirley Blakeley; his brothers, Eddie Mueller (Kasey), Chris Mueller (Kristen) and Fred Bulik IV (Melissa); and his grandparents, Fred Bulik II (Jackie) and Patricia Durman (Mac). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
