He is survived by: his children, Rory O'Donnell, Damien Mead and Laila Mead; the parent of his children Janae Jennings; his father Dave Polonus; and his siblings, Joseph Mead, Wil Mead, George Mead, Jaci Mead, Lori Barrow, Ryan Barrow, Jessica Goodnight and Tamara White. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
