He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jacob Ciambotti and Rose Ciambotti (Quarello); and his granddaughter Danielle Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Buyny; his children, Dr. Jennifer Ciambotti, Courtney Nelson (Greg Chopko) of Cortland, OH, Dr. Christopher Ciambotti (Kim) of Grove City, PA, Dr. Jonathan Ciambotti (Barb) of Charlottesville, VA and Adam Ciambotti; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Natalie, Nicholas, Luke, Benjamin, Daniel Henwood, Anna, Vincent, Isabella, Cameron, Bridget Ciambotti and Alexander Nelson.
