He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Terpack and Elizabeth Terpack (Edell); his brother Richard Burns; and his nephew Andrew Burns. He is survived by: his wife Lori Terpack; his children, Tim Terpack (Brooke) of Mentor, OH and Katie Terpack Sharpsville (Forrest Miller); his brothers, James Burns (Renita) of Sharpsville and Jeffrey Burns (Dawn) of Sharpsville; his sister-in-law Sue Burns; his daughter Taffy; and his pet Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a granddaughter.
