It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Taylor Niccole Powell of Sharon, Pennsylvania, born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Terra Dowler; and her uncle Ricky Blankenship. She is survived by: her parents, David P. Dowler and Anna L. Dowler (Blankenship) of Middleport, OH; her husband Zachary A. Powell; her child Colby Powell; her siblings, Michelle Williams (Sharon), Missy Arnold and Jason Reeves; her parents-in-law, Rev. Leonard and Jennifer Powell; and her nieces and nephews, Kalyn Qualls, Bailey Williams, Mason Qualls, Tyson, Bryce and Trace Arnold.
