She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph F. Burt and Elizabeth Burt (McIntyre); her husband David L. Thomas; and her siblings, Margaret Fout and Jonah Burt.
She is survived by: her children, Candi A. Leunis (Brian) of Hermitage, Chris D. Thomas (Jennifer) of Hermitage and Beth A. Veres of Wheatland; her brother Ralph Burt (Connie) of Hermitage; and her grandchildren, Michelle, Nikki, Bryan, Justin Leunis, Mackenzie Thomas, Stephanie, Samantha and Christina Veres. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contribution may be made to the Salvation Army, 660 Fisher Hill St., Sharon, PA 16146.
