He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Poltar and Jean Kowalsky Poltar. He is survived by: his wife Constance Poltar; his children, Michele Finley (Bill) of Lorton, VA and Dan Poltar (Jessica) of Charles Town, WV; his sister Catherine Chess (Ray) of Westminster, CA; and his grandchildren, Caitlin, Ryan, Michael and Christopher.
