He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert L. Morgan and Florence Morgan (Walker); and his son-in-law James A. Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Veltri; his daughters, Robin Seaburn (Guy), Sharon and Lori Johnston of Bellevue, PA; and his brother James Morgan (Thelma) of Bradenton, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
