He was predeceased by: his brother Nelson Walton. He is survived by: his wife Christina Ayres; his daughters, Lauren Warlick of Virginia, Chelsea Stanley (Daniel) of Virginia and Sophia Warlick of Virginia; and his brothers, Marty Walton III (Tonya) of Hampton, VA and William Walton. He is also survived by married on August 23, 2003; his parents.
