He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Clinton and Frances Maskrey (Martin); his wife Edna Mae Maskrey (Hogue); his daughter Janice Myers; and his siblings, Arthur Maskrey, Rose Lark, Nancy Mann and Delora Greenlee.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Manners (Terry) and Robert A. Maskrey (Cheryl) of Masury, OH; his grandchildren, Bob Manners, Tom Manners (Shelley), Shelia Maskrey, Stacy Dohallow (Joe), Sherry Tierney (Shawn) and Kimberly Loveless (John); and his brother Dean C. Maskrey. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
