He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilda Hassel (Krinks) and Gerald Hassel. He is survived by: his wife Gail Hassel; his son Phillip Mohney of Hubbard, OH; his brothers, Brian J. Hassel and Jerry J. Hassel; his niece Tara Nicole Hassel; and his granddaughter Emma Mohney.
