He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pavlick and Anna Pavlick (Stanko). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Johnston; his sister-in-law Barbara Rickert (Larry); and his siblings, Mary Lou Fabian and Andrew J. Fabian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
