It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Louise Scala (Sharon, Pennsylvania), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Griffith and Marian Griffith (Nelson). She is survived by: her friend Railroad; her children, Travis Scala of Plano, Rosalind Holloway (Ken) of Franklin, TN, Roxanne Tuinstra (Tim) of Johnstown, PA and Joseph Scala of New Castle; her siblings, Jimmy Griffith (Sue) of Erie, PA and Sandy Robison (Charles) of Pittsburgh, PA; and her grandchildren, Teddy, Jake Holloway, Sophia, Patrick and Elena Tuinstra.
Due to circumstances presented by the pandemic, services will not be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Catholic Charities and the American Heart Association.
