He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph P. Stuart and Elizabeth Stuart (Stuck); and his sister-in-law Sharon McLaughlin Stuart. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Herrick (DiPetta); his daughter Denice Herrick Austeel of Lancaster, PA; his grandchildren, Courtney Austeel Achey (Craig) of Lancaster, Kaitlyn Austeel Reeves (Steven) of Lancaster, Kacie Austeel of Lancaster, Brandon Baker of Lancaster and Kaylie Robertson; his great grandchildren, Rylyn Yohn, Wesley Reeves, Chase, Colter and Cody Achey; and his siblings, George, Russell Stuart and Marlea Stuart Hacker (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
