He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Lapikas and Josephine Lapikas (Bronzovich); his wife Constance Lichvar; his son Gerald Lapikas; and his siblings, Edna Smith, Pauline Lapikas, Evelyn Zeka, John, Paul, Rudy, Dominic, Steven and James Lapikas.
He is survived by: his sons, John Lapikas (Linda) of Stuart and Ron Lapikas of Sarasota, Florida; his daughter-in-law Mary Lynn Lapikas of Youngstown, OH; his grandchildren, Brandie Ramsay (Matt), Jeremy Lapikas (Christine), Mark Lapikas (Anastasia), Kayla and Adam Lapikas; and his great grandchildren, Alexandria Lapikas, Thomas John Ramsay and Madison Lapikas.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44512.
