He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis II and Lillian Bernabe II (D'Ambrosia); his grandsons, Lucas, Logan and Austin Philip; and his brother-in-law Michael Fedeles.
He is survived by: his wife Renee (Fetsko); his children, Louis Bernabe IV (Nona) of Sharpsville, Kimberly Jackson (Nathan Gaydek) of Sharpsville, Denise (Christopher) and Veronica Miller (Daniel) of Hubbard, OH; his grandchildren, Kimara, Kassidy, Austin Louis, Dillon, Kira, Jaina, Aliyah, Gianna, Micah, Renlee, Rory and Madison; and his sisters, Bernadette Fedeles of Cortland, OH and Linda Phillian (Dennis).
