Royle; her children, Christine Passlinqua (Nick) of Canal Fulton, OH, Debra Bittinger (Mike) of Randallstown, MD, Edward Fee (Elaine) of Downingtown, PA, Daniel Fee (Jodi) of New Castle, William Fee (Lynda) of New Castle and Patrick Fee (Michelle) of New Castle; her stepchildren, Michelle Royle of New York, Lori Moore (James) of Hubbard, OH, Scott Royle of North Carolina and Todd Royle of Colorado; and her sisters, Sylvia Noe (Ed) of Kentucky, Bonnie Morrison of California and Beth Ann Stoner of Virginia. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren.
