She was predeceased by: her father Reed Wagner; her grandparents, Tedford Randolph, Kenneth and Norma Wagner; her uncles, Fredrick "Poly" Randolph, Daryl Paddock and Kevin Wagner; and her cousin Felecity Cook.
She is survived by: her mother Dana Lynn Shaw (Randolph) of Masury; her husband Zachary A. Rushwin; her children, Keithen Flynn, Robert Flynn, Kaydence Flynn, Ryland Rushwin, Kayslee Rushwin and KayLynn Rushwin; her siblings, Stephen Shaw of Phoenix, Cassandra Wagner (Brandon Slaughenhoupt) of Transfer, Justin Wagner (Amanda) of Auburn, Danielle Thompson of Sharpsville and Joseph Shaw of Greenville, Pennsylvania; her grandparents, David and Geraldine DiNardo of West Middlesex, Pennsylvania; her stepfather Martin Pettitt of Masury; her mother-in-law Tonya Rushwin of Sharpsville; and her close friend Felecia Durman of Niles, Ohio. She is also survived by her extended family and countless friends.
