She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. O'Leary (Jack) and Helen Lichak O'Leary; and her son Tony (Anthony). She is survived by: her husband Delmer Donaldson (Del); her son Peter Chiodo (Lori); her granddaughter Andriana; and her siblings, John Patrick O'Leary (Suzie), Tina Liguori (Jim) and Colleen Astey (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews including 10 international nephews.
