Esmond; his daughters, Elizabeth, Lorraine and Bernadette; his grandson Christian; his son-in-law David Hoffman (Bernadette); his granddaughter-in-law Sarah (Bradley); his wife Kelsey; and his daughter Faye. He is also survived by his sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
