He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Toole; his son Patrick; his stepsons, Chad (Jill) and Ryan (Liz); his siblings, Kevin O'Toole (Michele), Cathy Songer (John), Susan Kleinman (Ed), Mary Irish (Dave) and Faith Kellogg (Scott); and his grandchildren, Noah, Jonah, Julia, Sam and Ella. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
