He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Klein and Anna Klein (Bastian); and his siblings, Elizabeth Battyanyi, Anna Snider, Sophie Owens, Dorothy Davis, Louise Burns, Eleanor McGill, Joan Klein, Karl, Edward and James Klein.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Baran; his children, Robert Klein of Boca Raton, FL and Renee Klein (John Hovenkamp) of Pfafftown, NC; and his grandchildren, Jacob and Lauren Klein of Boca Raton, FL..
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 3325 Morefield Road, Hermitage, PA 16148.
