He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert O'Brien and Mary O'Brien (Roper); and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Margaret St. John. He is survived by: his wife Annette St. John O'Brien; his children, Natalie Campbell (Scot), Kimberly O'Brien and Ian O'Brien (Kelly Varsho); and his siblings, Mary Alice Lamm (Fred) of Durham, NC, Patricia Scharville (James) of Poland, OH, Joyce Schuster (Robert), Mark O'Brien, Sharon, Michael O'Brien (Roni), Margaret Rock (Albert), Farrell, Kevin O'Brien (Allison) of West Chester, PA and William O'Brien (Lauri). He is also survived by his three grandchildren.
