He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. "Bob" Ealy and Margaret "Peg" Ealy. He is survived by: his wife Betty S. Ealy; his sons, David Andrew Ealy of Phoenix, AZ and Damon Robert; his daughter-in-law Amber Elizabeth Ealy of Sharpsville; his sister Dr. C. Diane Ealy of Tucson, AZ; his grandchildren, Clarissa and Andrew; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Suhar, Suzanna Vernon (Ross), Mary Ellen Zreliak, Andrew Zreliak (Lillian), Jerry Zreliak (Marie), Kathleen Lucik Venetta, Eugene Zreliak Sr., James P. Lucik I, Andrew Suhar Sr. and Henry L. Venetta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
