He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Grant and Mary Swogger (McKenzie); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Sankey, Richard "Dick" Foltz, Sam Fleischer (Nancy), Bill Fleischer, Margaret Longo (Danny), Audrey Infante (Alberto) and Patricia Fleischer.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Swogger (Fleischer); his sons, Evan Jr., Brian (Sue), Eric (LouAnn), Brad (Janice) and Errin Swogger; his grandchildren, Emily, Christopher, Corinne, Sarah, Lorraine, Bailey and Jonah; his sisters, Shirley Sankey and Mary Ellen Foltz; his siblings-in-law, Bob Fleischer (Debbie), Rick Fleischer (Shelley) and Jeri Fleischer; and his godson Victor Fleischer (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
