He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hvizdak, and Dolores Hvizdak, Sr. (Rockwell); and his wife Diane Garon. He is survived by: his son Christopher Eugene Hvizdak (Sarah); his sisters, Susan Latarski (Dan) of Cleveland, OH, Monica Hvizdak of Cleveland, OH, Cindy Mostoller (Adrian), Virginia and Patricia Longmore; his sisters-in-law, Deb Fleischer (Robert), Sharon and Kathie McMillan of Seattle, WA; his nephews, Adam Garon (Lori), David Garon and Kenneth Longmore; his niece Alexandria Garon-Kendrew; his great-nieces, Emma Lucille, Ashley, Abigail, Teagan and Lennon; and his great-nephew Kieran.
