She was predeceased by: her parents, William Trefan and Madalena Chupak (Zubal); and her siblings, Mary Rawe, Lillian Hurchanik, Rose Wasson, Anne Kudelko, Julie Chupak, John, Bill, Frank, Joe, George and Harry Chupak.
She is survived by: her sister Sophia Blanar of Hartsville, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and one Godchild.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to St. John's Cemetery Fund, 3180 Morefield Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148.
