She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kostra and Mary Kostra (Straszewska); her husband James "Ted" Phillips; and her siblings, Mary Cashmore, Helen Yassem, Katherine Herriott, Clementine Soltes, Sophie Kostra, Chester Lipka, Sylvester Lipka, John Kostra and William Kostra.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Tesoriero (Greg), Jim Phillips (Janet) of Corcoran, MN and Scott Phillips of Pittsburgh, PA; her sister Stella "Dolly" Ewing; her siblings-in-law, Alberta Kostra and Tom Phillips (Linda); and her grandchildren, Cameron, Dalton Konop, Ryan and Allie Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
