He is survived by: his sons, Richard E. Guzik of Ridley Park, PA and David M. Guzik of Chester, PA; his brother Michael A. Guzik; and his goddaughter Suzanne M. Guzik of Austin, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
