Hawk of Hermitage, PA; his siblings, Jerry Hawk of Sharon, PA, Grace Morris of Sharon, PA, Johnada Crawford of Greenville, PA and Darlene Koser of Hermitage, PA; and his grandchild Kyle David Hawk.
