He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Williams (Crosby) and Claude McQueen; and his sister Claudette McQueen. He is survived by: his siblings, Yvonne Penn (Russell V. Penn Jr.) of Hermitage and Ronnie B. McQueen (Sheila) of Erie; his nieces and nephews, David Jackson IV, Justin McQueen (Michaela), Brittney Penn and Brianna McQueen; and his godsons, Mark Henry Jr., Kelvin Henry and Kurt Henry.
