He is survived by: his wife Ruth Tota; his children, Joseph Tota (Hermitage), David Gary Tota, Jr. of Millersburg, PA, Shawna Lynn Tota Bosley and Tami Lucas Fisher of New Cumberland, PA; and his siblings, Carolyn Smith of Jamestown, PA and Michael Tota of Hermitage, PA. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
