He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Lazor and Helen Lazor (U'Halie); and his siblings, Marianne Eley, Gregory Lazor and Ruth Hinkle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Jarvis (Jim) of Perrysburg, OH, Danelle Rondinelli (Pete) of Ottawa Hills, OH and Jennifer Tatta (Eric) of Holland, OH; his grandchildren, Brandon Mooi (Kendall Wilson), Brianna Mooi (Cody Anderson), Giselle Mooi (Nick Cook), Kayley Tatta and Tessa Tatta; his sisters, Joan Meanor (Dennis) and Esther Zrile (Marko); and his former wife Monica Lazor (Fox). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
