He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Agens and Lucille Swanson Agens; and his son Simon L. Agens. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Cunningham Agens; his children, Michele Nicodemus (Chad) of Marysville, OH, Corie Maxson (Jeff Goeckel) of Jamestown, NY, Kristen Kuharik (Christian) of Sharpsville and Paul Agens (Sandy) of Lakeland, FL.; his grandchildren, Logan Brunswick, Xaverri Brunswick, Sophia Goeckel, Olivia Goeckel, Casey Kuharik and McKenna Agens; and his brother Bruce Agens (Jean) of Lotsville, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
