He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fraley; his children, Clifford "Kip" Elliott, Jr. (Debbie) and Cindy McCartney (Tom) of Venetia, PA; his sisters, Cheryl Willaman (John) of Hartford, OH and Constance Robinson (Frank) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Lisa Noe, James Elliott, Emma McCartney and Eric McCartney; and his great grandchildren, Michael and Gianna.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be directed to the Buhl Club, 28 Pine St., Sharon, PA 16146.
