He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Iliff and Millicent Iliff (Gruver); his daughter Heather Anne Iliff; and his siblings, Paul, Newton Iliff and Kathy Searle.
He is survived by: his children, Alex Damian Iliff (Wanda Bennett), Ashley Ostheimer (Scott) of Sharon and Lindsay Iliff of Sharon; his grandchildren, Victoria McHugh, Brooke Adkins, Kaden Ostheimer, Seth Iliff, Natalie Ostheimer and Madison Iliff; his brother Walter Iliff, Jr. (Erma); and his sisters-in-law, Joan Iliff of Crown Point, IN and Carol Iliff.
