He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Bill (Sara), Shannon (Mike) and Sean; his grandchildren, Zachary, Payton, Lorraine, Patrina, Jasmine and Aunkayla; his great grandchild Avianna; and his sisters, Patty, Linda (Spark) and Joannie (John).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
