He is survived by: his wife Christine Krajci; his children, Bill Nelson (Desarae Makis) of Cortland, OH and Brittany Forbis (Ian) of Zelienople, PA; his stepgrandchildren, Maxwell and Lilian Forbis; and his sister Susan Davies (Larry) of Okeechobee, FL..
