She is survived by: her son Dean Michael Kukol (Roberta); her grandchildren, Deana Cathleen Meche (Robert) and Jonathan Warren Kukol; her great grandchildren, Andrew and Mitchell Meche; her sister-in-law Janice Smith Gollner (Michael); her friends, Doug and Roger Kaiser; her son Warren Gollner Kukol; and her brothers, Michael and Andrew Gollner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
