She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Shupienis and Stella Shupienis (Broses); her husband William Kostra; her son James Kostra; and her siblings, Thomas Shupienis, Jr., Blanche Vranich and Jean Fill.
She is survived by: her sons, William Kostra (Debbie) and Kenneth Kostra of Brookfield, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Terry Fill and Melissa Adams. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Due to concerns presented by the Covid-19 pandemic, and keeping with Alberta's wishes, there are no services.
