He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Strouse; his children, Kathleen Buckley (James), Joseph W. Strouse Jr. (Connie), Cynthia Strouse (Eric Thompson), Barbara Strouse and Karen Kelly; his grandchildren, Eric Strouse, Rebecca Strouse, Nicole Strouse, Eric Thompson Jr., Everett Thompson, Angel Thompson, Vincent Strouse, Jovon Frazier, Yolanda Carson, Allyson Domanico, Jessica Perez and Jenn Pelley; and his siblings, Urban Strouse, Eleanor Rathgeb, Anna Vinnacombe, Patricia Petti and Kathleen Streeter. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 Restrictions, Funeral Service will be held privately.
